FAILED ON THE FIRST DAY

I don't know what happened but I turned it on once and everything was great, the noise was strong and you can tell the fan sucked. The next time I turned it on to actually do my own nails it didn't even seem to work, there was no noise, no suction, just a faint noise as the nail scratched the board and I tried to request a replacement , but I couldn't. not because I don't have a credit card to sign up with Revain for a replacement. That. I basically have to keep it to look good on the table but not for work.
