I bought these frying pans to replace my metal frying pans which are difficult to clean. I've only used them once but I really like the result. I made mini meatballs and they turned out great. They came out of the pot very easily. Best of all, this pan is dishwasher safe. My other pan is too, but I have a small dishwasher and it takes up too much space to put pots in it. The storage of these pans is great too. You can roll them up or put them anywhere as long as you have space. I look forward to trying them out in other recipes soon.
