Super cute. The picture shows that the card says "bracelet" and some reviews say the card came with "bracelet" written on it. I hesitated to order because it bothered me because it's a necklace and not a bracelet. But it arrived with the correct description and I am very happy with my purchase, it even came with mini cards and an envelope to write a sweet message and a jewelry polishing cloth. My niece will love it.
