Sweatpants are tough. Why can't you offer trousers in different lengths? Of course, there must be enough males 5ft 8in or under to be profitable for producers. So yes they are the same length as the other 3 pairs of joggers I've bought for my husband over the last few months :( This pair has straight leg openings, no cuffs or elastics so I was able to hem them to a more reasonable length They wash well I was hoping they would shrink a little in the dryer so I used a medium setting but they didn't, or at least very little They are soft and durable and my husband says they are comfortable flat these days and this is no exception.If you plan on wearing them I probably recommend stashing your keys and/or wallet elsewhere but they aren't that different from the depth of many pants' pockets these days.Internal drawcord is slightly wider than some, so a bit more comfortable when you pull them in. Probably as good as it gets for basic sweatpants these days.
