Purchased built-in doorbell, did not work immediately, went back and forth with support for almost a month. I hired a professional electrician to install this, not to mention the doorbell transformer. as well as new wiring, every time we contacted support they kindly told me they would take this to the next level so was told never got a reply from him so we kept contacting him, loud telling them they had the wrong phone number which i told us we were very upset about this not to mention we had nothing but a ton of security issues from day one. We spent over $3500 on this, another $1000 on installation and also installing a doorbell that we want, installing 3 different transformers as well as 3 new wires from the transformer to the doorbell didn't work so contacted we one of the manager who is like a complete idiot and not to mention a very unprofessional person who shouldn't be working for the company we kindly told him we would fix all the problems for a good month and as we started the conversation I told him that we've done everything so far in the last month and then he says ok I'd like to see a screenshot of the voltmeter. I am a person suffering from a stroke and I kindly told him this is getting ridiculous, it was about $150 for the doorbell which probably didn't cost them more than $50 so we were fed up, go and fro he kindly asked me to plug it into USB and see if that works with that, I kindly said no not everything I wanted to be replaced and so far we haven't heard from them we will be using them in all post on social media and let them know they are very terrible at what they do and I think it is very unfair to treat a disabled person like that, shame on them because they are terrible at what they do are and hire unprofessional people. If I could give them stars I would never buy anything from this company if you want to bring good luck to you.
