The ability of managing multiple instances in one dashboard is fantastic! There are many other tools out there that would do this but they don't have all the features we need like integration into an ERP system or CRM platform (Salesforce). I wish it was possible for us to integrate additional services such as Box & Dropbox so that file transfers could be made easier between different departments without having to upload files via FTP each time which adds more work/time delays than needed. This solves issues where we had problems uploading large amounts of information from several sources at once due lack of storage space - now everything gets uploaded quickly because it's stored offsite in the case of failure internally within AWS infrastructure instead of taking up extra internal server room resources.
