I loved everything about this bag until about 6 months later the strap buckle broke and the entire laptop bag fell off my shoulder. I will admit that the bag was a little heavy because while the canvas and the bag itself are well made and very durable, I was unaware that the strap fittings are actually metal colored plastic rather than metal. I use the bag without the shoulder strap as it's still cute and goes with my stuff. The only thing I couldn't use was the shoulder strap, which is far from perfect.
