Review on 🎂 Rubbermaid Cake Keeper: Servin Saver for Ultimate Freshness by Andrea Martinez

Glad to find a brand name sealed cake stand and lid. As every baker knows, a cake needs to cool before it is removed from the baking pan. I have successfully flipped the cake onto the Rubbermaid plate and allowed it to cool further. But after transferring the cake to the presentation platter, I found that the entire center of the storage platter had sagged. I left him face down and hoped he would regain his form. Vain. The cake was warm not hot when I took it out so I'm very surprised that this happened. I'm an experienced chef so I know this is unusual. I have a similar Tupperware machine and have never had any problems with it. I hope this device was the exception but I just wasted money on something I don't want to use anymore.
