I was let down by WISEUP's web store.
As someone who places a premium on high-quality equipment, I couldn't wait to check out WISEUP's web shop. Unfortunately, I was very dissatisfied with my overall experience. Even though their power tools were top-notch, their manual tools were not. The hand tools I bought were meant to be sturdy, but they broke after only a few uses. Furthermore, when I needed help, I found the customer support to be inadequate and unhelpful. As a whole, I would not suggest shopping at WISEUP's web store if you need high-quality hand tools.
