The first thing I noticed was that the charge controller was glued to the back of the panel. The pictures misled me as I thought it comes with a separate controller. This makes it almost impossible to see the status LEDs when lying on a surface or when the panel is attached to a surface. The output signal was measured in direct sunlight. If you try to charge a dead battery with a voltage of about 10V, it will output about 700mA. Let's see how it works in the long run, but at least it's working for now.
