I received this item twice, once as a replacement and each time the PTB connector was not included / adapter. I called RainX to confirm that this version (the 17-inch Latitude, not the 2-in-1 version) should include a PTB connector, as the instructions online and the package said it had in the package should be included. and RainX told me to return the package I thought. it was most likely a returned item that was resold (there was some motor oil in the paper instructions). I've reordered from another seller (Amazing Deals (checked)) and no problem.
