🌧️ Rain-X Latitude Wiper Blade - 17 inch (Pack of 1) Review

This is a great upgrade for regular Rain-X blades or other regular blades for my Honda. I have found that they are quieter and last longer before squeaking and beading. I feel like they add more value over time if you buy them even at a small discount.

Pros: They lasted two years in 105F summer climate. Cons: I've installed them in two cars (Chevy, Toyota) and can't believe the horrible noise they make! I literally found myself manually controlling the wipers to use them as little as possible. Squieeeeeee! Creeeeee! Squieeee! Thank goodness it only rains 5-10 days a year.

I bought them at the end of November and they have been shiny for a little less than two months, since then they have started to streak. I've also noticed that they have a hard time holding edges at highway speeds. Considering the cost and the fact that previous wipers from another brand have served me well for years I would say this is a loss. Do not worry.

I was wondering when is the best time to change the old ones, but they still work, even after all the white birds and tree sap and stuff. Then things started to go bad and I bought these $2 pack of cleaning wipes from Autozone and they lasted even longer. I've seen reviews of the best wipers but the price was crazy like $20 for one. I think you will need it in rallying. But that's enough for normal driving.

I received this item twice, once as a replacement and each time the PTB connector was not included / adapter. I called RainX to confirm that this version (the 17-inch Latitude, not the 2-in-1 version) should include a PTB connector, as the instructions online and the package said it had in the package should be included. and RainX told me to return the package I thought. it was most likely a returned item that was resold (there was some motor oil in the paper instructions).
