Sand or undissolved detergent is left behind with every load. We don't see it in the washing machine the way we see it after the towels and clothes have dried. After completion, the dryer is filled with fine white sand. Tried many loads from cold water to very hot and even disinfection. Even an extra rinse. Every time I use this seventh generation professional laundry detergent with no powder smell, all our jeans, towels and rags feel very rough and have a sandy substance and I have to clean the dryer completely. Reminds me of washing soda or borax. I put some in a glass of boiling water to see if it dissolved. It's not like this. I love 7th gen liquid detergent but it ruined the clothes AND the dryer. I only moved my return date because we ordered a new washer and dryer which took 2 months to receive due to COVID.
