I like that it's easy to set up a calendar with reminders, as well as have recurring events. It also helps me keep track of who is attending meetings/conferences in real time (as opposed to having to wait until after they've left). The platform can be clunky at times - sometimes things don't sync immediately, which makes tracking down details difficult. There are some features we're still working out how best to use them, but so far they haven't been too cumbersome or frustrating. We needed an online tool to help us manage our team schedule and communications better - this has helped tremendously!
