I will try to be as objective as possible in this review. I've owned this screen for 2 months and have specifically waited this long to try it out (will update in 6 months). I received the monitor in excellent condition and was surprised that it comes with a variety of cables that allow connection to almost any device (USBc, charging cable, HDMI, miniUSB, USB). They also offer you a monitor protector, which is a little tricky to install if you're not very experienced, but it's a nice feature that protects your purchase. The case feels a little flimsy but is surprisingly strong and has a great "carbon fiber" look when used to carry the screen. When I received the monitor, I had a few issues when I first connected it to my Mac. However, I contacted customer service, who almost immediately provided advice on troubleshooting the monitor. I asked if it was possible to connect to the iPad and they offered to send me a cable so I could use it with the iPad. I was glad that my problem was solved and I could use the screen properly. I should point out that I tried using it with the Hub extension (on a Mac) and it didn't work. Worked only when connected directly to the computer. However, I'm not sure if this is related to the hub I'm using. When I connected it to my Windows laptop, it worked with all ports without any problems. I had no problems with it and with my phone (Android). The screen itself is fairly thin and light, making it easy for me to carry it with my backpack. The picture is good, the resolution corresponds to the computer. I've tried it playing videos and video games (not graphics intensive) and the picture was pretty decent. A nice feature is that it has decent built-in speakers (in terms of volume). The image is highly customizable and comes with predefined profiles for quick brightness adjustments. This is a nice feature because not only can you change the brightness of the screen, you can change the "blue light" emitted when you're working at night. One thing that other reviews point out is that unfortunately it doesn't save your preferences. So if you set them to perfect settings you have to do that every time you turn them back on which can be annoying and I just ended up choosing default profiles. In theory, this screen can be used vertically or horizontally (set manually). However, I think it's going to be tricky as the settings and volume buttons are on one end and the ports are on the other. I haven't tried it, but I think there will be some problems. For remote work, this is a great option as it doesn't take up much space and doesn't require another outlet. I've even used it to let my kid watch a movie while I work on my computer's main monitor, which is great too. If you're an avid gamer then this monitor probably won't fit as it maxes out at 1080p (I'd try the 4k variant from the same brand), but it's a decent screen if you're looking for a decent multi-purpose screen and it's good value. I am concerned that I have seen from other reviews that it hasn't lasted 1 year but I will let you know if anything happens after 6 months and 1 year or if it continues to work like new. But I believe there is an option to add an additional 1 year warranty, which is reassuring.
