The only instruction that comes with your purchase is the BOX. There are 2 cups of seeds on the box, but there isn't a single diet plan that will allow you to consume 2 servings in a day. Cups should be used for EVERY meal, so they need to be washed after each meal for next time use. Using them requires more effort than I expected. Uploading documents is not acceptable to me. I should have read more before buying. I would send them back but not worth the hassle. You will make cute gift boxes for Christmas.
