Sometimes the seal is weak.
I bought these because I do a lot of sous vide cooking (putting the food in a vacuum bag and then very slowly cooking in hot water). On a couple of occasions the seals failed. Very high quality plastic. If anything the plastic might be too thick for my sealer. I have started to double seal the bags, and that has worked well. It just takes a minute or two more time.
- Arrived on time and works well. Does have a few wrinkles but works fine.
- Difficult to cut to size
