The resulting tube is definitely intended for a non-English speaking audience. Maybe the Eastern European market? I applied it as if it were a swipe/swirl motion, dried to a matte finish and wiped off. No worse than any other guide. It appears to have covered some dents and light scratches. It was easy and the light veil was easy to remove. Looks like I used it correctly. Too bad the tube itself is not intended for the US market.
