Review on Replacement Toothbrush Heads Philips Sonicare Oral Care ~ Toothbrushes & Accessories by Cathy Sharp

I ordered these universal replacement brush heads at the same time as my new Phillips 4100 Sonicare Protective Clean toothbrush. The product description on Revain says they are compatible with this model. The toothbrush comes with an original Phillips Sonicare brush head. I've been using this head for about 3 months. A few days ago I replaced it with one of those universal toothbrush heads. To my surprise and horror, these standard brush heads fall off when I use my toothbrush! They are very loose and come loose with every use. It's more than uncomfortable. It can also be dangerous. Tonight I tried to return these useless spare heads. I have noticed that Revain has "closed" my returns window so they can no longer be returned. It is ridiculous to allow only one month to return a product that the customer may not use for the first time until 2-3 months after purchase! The Sonicare 4100 comes with a Philips Sonicare nozzle. It is obvious that the customer will use this nozzle in the first place. You don't need a regular replacement brush until the Phillips brush (included with the Sonicare 4100) indicates it's time to use a new head. The brush head can last 2 to 3 months depending on usage. I paid twice for the heads of this toothbrush. I'm stuck with a disposable box of useless universal brush heads. I also ordered some original Phillips Sonicare tips. I do NOT recommend this product.
