THEY EXPAND SO MUCH THAT COULD BE USED AS LIKE A BLOCK INSTEAD OF A PILLOW. IT'S SOFT BUT I CAN'T PUT MY HEAD ON IT SO I USE IT AS A BODY PILLOW TO HURG IT BUT EVEN THEN IT JUST FEEL LIKE IT STRETCHES MORE THAN I EXPECTED. OUT.IT IS TOO ROUND AND HIGH FOR MY HEAD. GOOD FOR BACK SUPPORT WHILE SITTING AND WATCHING A MOVIE BUT NOT GOOD FOR SLEEPING LIKE A REGULAR FLAT PILLOW. IT'S TOO DANGEROUSLY BIG AND ROUND. MUCH EXPANDED
