The best part is their support service which can be availed any time even at midnight or weekends. It has all features required by an organization like mine for managing various types documents including legal papers etc., Ease of use - Easy access with good navigation options.- Good customer care services- Customization available up till you are not satisfied from what they have provided initially! Lack of customization option if it requires more advanced knowledge / skills than basic user friendly interface will make them look weak compared to competitors who offer such feature easily accessible without much effort needed by users. This software allows me complete control over my files through its easy GUI interface so far no issues whatsoever encountered using this product since last 3 years working now.
- A lot less efforts as I don't need do anything myself apart form opening, saving & printing file/s;It's completely hassle free in many aspects when we compare others' counterparts having very complex functionalities.Not just that everything seems better organized within one place rather then several different ones where each individual application does certain tasks separately but here every single thing under same roof works
