Purchased a week ago and very fast shipping and there customer service is very polite and helpful sending email very prompt if any issues or missing parts to let them know. I have used the vertical climber for 3 days and already getting quick results in my legs and butt thighs toning up. I had been using airwalk machine and portable ellpitcal in the past but i reached a point to where i felt i needed to upgrade to better cardio and strength training machine. This does it all and 30 minutes or less you really feel the burn. So far so good and i am very pleased with my purchase. It was also very easy to assemble 15 minutes or less.
