The declared PC came with a working but unlicensed copy of Win10. This was enough to test the functionality. It was very easy to connect a USB CD/DVD reader and install the Linux distribution Kubuntu 20.04 from the ISO DVD. I don't use WiFi, so I can't talk to Linux drivers for the WiFi chip. All wired ports are recognized correctly. The graphics are enough to smoothly control a TV with a resolution of 1080 pixels. I use this as an HTPC (mainly for playing music). The device has enough CPU/GPU to use Remote Desktop for control without affecting streaming to TV. This device replaces the Raspberry Pi 3B+, which was always a bit moody and ended up failing completely. It's nice to have a full standard Linux installation consistent with other computers on my network. Without a fan, the device is absolutely silent and hardly heats up during operation. The measured power consumption at the wall is in the range of 7-8W. I'll talk about the reliability in the upgrade after having it for a longer period of time. it is by no means a modern power plant. But for the use of HTPC this is quite enough. And it has the advantage of being cheaper and using less power than many small form factor computers with more modern processors.
