The USB-C port did not work. I know it's only for pass-through loading, but it didn't work. Other ports seemed to work fine but if you watch my video you will see that the external hard drive is not recognized for a very long time after it is connected. I wanted to like it, but it literally didn't work out. Ps you have to download the driver from the website to use it which is pretty lame but they give instructions on where to find it. UPDATE, I've received exactly 6 emails that I've replied to to stop sending me emails...it says "Dear Revain Customers, Thank you for your purchase and take the Time to write product reviews.
