I needed more casual skirts and I can use a dressy shirt or casual shirt and either looks good. I am short, 5’3” and I can take the flap and fold it down or tuck it to where the fold is going next to my skin, (folded on the inside of skirt) but since I am short I pulled the flap up over my bra and it does two things, gives me the better length and DOESN’T drag AND now that flap is over my bra, it looks like a cami is on under my shirts that matches my skirt. Win win!
