Simple Rules Enginge that really works
I like how easy it is for me as an admin user (and my team) can set up rules quickly without having any knowledge of coding or scripting languages such as Perl/Python etc..
It's not perfect but has come very far in recent years so we're able make many changes ourselves if needed rather than waiting until they introduce new features which could take months sometimes even longer then our support contract allows us time before renewal - this makes life easier especially with more complex requirements where there are lots of permutations within your setup e g "What happens when someone replies directly via mobile app".
Pros
- The core functionality is very good it's easy to set up and manage rules and there is a reasonable amount of documentation
Cons
- It's a bit clunky to get your head around the whole thing and the documentation is a bit hard to understand at first
