I'm a size 5 and I'm a size 5, they're a bit big but they need a little more arch support so should be fine with some padding! However, there is no protector, so don't wear it where it will get wet! But they are great, I love them, everyone loves them and now they are buying π. Super fun!" 10/10 recommend!
