DO NOT BUY! I rarely write reviews but I have to tell everyone not to buy this item. I spent all day cloning mechanical HDD to SSD and it was a failure. I finally downloaded the free program and it did the job quickly. The software is outdated, works poorly and requires you to reboot/reboot your computer when it reaches a point where you have to tell it to ignore data i.e. documents, videos etc. It was a waste of Money and 6 hours time. The common product is a bust.
