Cannot tighten on your own arm

There is NO Ability to tighten this on your own arm. No metal bar (D-Ring) to hold in place on arm - doesn't hold the two ends together.

I wish I can give 0 star!!! I got this product in December for my nursing school. I have not used it up to 10 times and the inflation bulb stopped working. Now, I have to get a new one. Worst purchase ever
