Parts were a variety of colors, red, dark black but clearly unrelated to the work of the part. It looked and appeared to be made exactly the same as the original. When I finally received these parts after waiting 8 days, I opened the package. The packaging looked dirty and often folded, but the parts were in good condition. Once I inserted the part and closed the line and turned on the plumbing with no problem. I could have closed this line 8 days earlier if I had received the part on time. This part was not a main shipment at the time of ordering, but when I checked later it was a main shipment, ie a two (2) day delivery. No matter how you cut it, it shouldn't have taken almost 2 weeks. The initial delivery time was 5 days. The shipping label says it came from Kentucky, but it actually shipped from Houston, Texas. I don't really know if they used a team of 20 mules to ship this part or if the mules died along the way, but it was one of the worst shipping experiences I've had to deal with. I give 4 stars only for the part how it works and minus 1 for the delivery.
