I like that we were able to have all our communications systems under one roof; it made management easier than having multiple services from different providers (like Vonage). It was also easy enought fo use in-house with employees who had never used VOIP before or didn't feel comfortable using an external solution such as Skype/WhatsApp etc.). As others mentioned there are some things missing compared wth other Voip companies out their but overall this system is great especially if you're looking at more of long term cost savings over time! We've been working together since 2011 when they first launched here so i'm not sure about any additional features being added later however my experience has always remained positive even after several years now..
