I read all these reviews, but I needed the smallest set of dice in "elementary" colors (red, yellow, blue, green) that I could find, and pretty quickly, and when this set fitted I was ready to settle for whatever I had. Turns out I really, really like her. They look great, feel great, are easy to read and feel random when thrown. Plus, the swirling resin looks amazing in the light. And they also come with pockets, five smaller pockets and one larger pocket to keep them all: bonus. I don't find the gold-on-gold set difficult to read, but if I ever do, the numbers are set deep and clear enough. A smear of black or other contrasting acrylic paint into the indentations, followed by a quick wipe of the excess paint will easily fix this. It's the same with bags: they look good today, but when they fail, a needle and thread will do the trick. For me personally this is not a deal breaker. I'm not a gamer, haven't weighed them or done any fashion testing. But for less than $10 with storage pouches, they were unexpected and absolutely gorgeous.
