Received April 8th. I chose not to use the night method since day one, never used it before so I was a little cautious. Followed Zoom's lightening instructions and tried it for an hour, no sensitivity so I went on for another hour. So 1st attempt for 2 hours. 9th. the same, 2 hours. immediately after 2 applications. i saw the difference I like cola (pop), coffee in the morning and I smoke. So, by the 10th I missed the day, the 11th, 2 hours, I missed the 12th. 13 2 hours. main difference! It really works! I'm at 16% and have no tooth sensitivity for 2 hours when I do this. just ordered 22%. I hope this helps anyone who wants to try this due to tooth sensitivity.
