I ordered one of these for my Airbnb property. The first one I received had a broken network cable. They use old "silver satin" wire, not even CAT5. Brought it for an exchange, I had the same problem on the second one. I was very annoyed when I cut a big hole in my new desk just for this product. In order to have something that would fit the hole I returned it and tried the THIRD. It also had a faulty network connection. In desperation, I disassembled the device, drilled out the grommet and installed my own CAT6 cable. Now it works fine. If you want to avoid the same drama, I advise you NOT to buy this product.
