If, like me, you've just been looking for a new lunch box after yours ripped or broke after many uses, I will definitely buy this lunch box. When you receive it for the first time, you will find that the strap may be a little short and you just need to lengthen it to the length you want. Most likely, you will immediately notice that it is very smooth on the inside. I had no problems at all after a month or two of use. It's still as clean as when you first bought it, and it's literally perfect. Also, on my last lunch box I didn't have a handle that attaches to the very top of the lunch box, but this one does, so it's a lot easier to get in and out of the car with it, and it's also so easy to belt over the to throw shoulder. instead of just taking the strap. Most of these bad reviews that I have actually read are due to the customer being poorly or overly critical of the product and using it as if it were a military grade bag. It's very durable and works great.
