I like that you can add custom pins with your own data, so if my office ever changed its address in Google Maps, this would fix all of those issues! Some things are difficult for new users (this being one).

We're able to pinpoint exactly where different departments within the organization were located at specific times during previous years without much effort thanks to this service's map integration feature for GPS coordinates.
