We were addicted to Backyard Bum products when we bought their premium stainless steel wine tumblers and realized they steal (no pun intended). Great price for everything you get. Then we bought their next edition: double-walled Pyrex coffee mugs. Another great price for all you get. And another home run. Both products have found their place in our lives. So when we bought these stainless steel straws, we had unfairly high expectations. Of course we wanted to get away from plastic and all that crappy throwaway thinking, so the constant straws made sense. Exceeded our expectations! Hey there are a lot of steel straws out there but Backyard Bum has become our standard for quality and price and we were blown away by the set supplied. And just in time for the backyard BBQ. My grandkids love the colors and silicone tips (we bought them separately - don't forget!). This set is the most complete set I've seen online, with two of each of 5 shapes and sizes. The silicone tips are downright fun in bright colors that accentuate (or coolly clash with) beverages and containers. The thick straw is ideal for liquid drinks or smoothies, even pureed soups. The two cleaning brushes are not thrown away. They are just as good as anything you buy individually. I have classified these straws in the 'Easy Start' category. And if you use a straw or serve drinks through a straw, do it. We did. We're buying three more for the holidays. It's cool"Didn't know I needed this but I do!" a gift and we'd like to keep the set here to add to our inventory. Thanks Backyard Boom!
