I couldn't hold them, they were too big for my hands. They don't seem to be making women's sizes yet. (I hope they will appear soon). However, I was able to try it and can definitely confirm its effectiveness. I carried them in my work freezer to see if they lived up to their claims and they did. I wasn't cold. Here are the pros and cons I found. Pros: They really keep your hands warm. They have a nifty little latch on the side so you can keep them together when not in use. They feel good - materially. Cons: The only one I found that could just be the result of a sizing issue I had was that they don't fit very well. If my arms were bigger they might be a little tighter. I was looking for a glove that would allow a little more dexterity at work and it didn't quite deliver. AGAIN maybe they were too big for me overall. In general, I liked them very much and I would like to keep them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.
