functional but defective. The power cord provides enough power to boot the Wii, but it's either unshielded and interfering with the Wii's AV output (I tested this with 2 AV cables) or the power draw is too low to fully power the Wii take care of. The cable gets very hot and the power supply itself appears to be completely dead, I assume it's just for show. The power plug also doesn't fit properly into the Wii socket. Worst of all (and that's why I'm bringing it back), it constantly creates a strobing effect on the screen. Photographed and posted.
