Limiting the resolution of the connection.

I have almost every product that Meguiar makes such as wax, polish, plastic, vinyl rubber spray etc. but I am not completely satisfied with this product. I keep trying and no matter what I do, it doesn't work. For example, a small water stain on the hood can hardly be seen from the shadow of the fingers. First I rub in the composition, wait a minute or so, try to take it off, not everything comes off, use my wax buffer, more to come. I have to wet it and re-polish it's all gone but the dull water stain is still there. I would like some suggestions because I am very disappointed. The first Meguiar product that didn't convince me.
