Meguiars G17220 Ultimate Compound Fluid_Ounces Review

This material may be a good polish, but it won't remove scratches. As for scratch removal, I'd say it's almost useless. On a positive note, my scratches actually looked like shiny scratches after I applied the product as directed.

Very good for removing most paintwork scratches as long as they are not too deep. The completely rebuilt black truck of mine shown in the photos is a before and after in an area that previously had several scratches. The composition made the stain invisible at first glance. Very happy

First off I would like to say that I think this is a great product for really light scratches and swirl marks but I would like something with more cutting capacity. slightly deeper into the transparent layer. I don't think it's a bad product but I would buy others that cut better and maybe at a better price, for $13 it seems like a lot.

This is a very light mix. I have a few light scratches on the hood of my metallic brown truck and it took 3 times for the scratches to go away. The scratches remain, but are much less noticeable. The good thing is that you don't have to worry about discoloration or paint damage to your car. However, if you have deeper scratches, you might want to try a different product.

I have almost every product that Meguiar makes such as wax, polish, plastic, vinyl rubber spray etc. but I am not completely satisfied with this product. This is a soft wording. I used it to remove scratches on my car's clear coat but I had to use a power polisher with this compound. I don't think it will work well by hand, it's too soft. I was able to remove deeper scratches with a polishing machine and 15 minutes of work. I think I'll find a more aggressive mix for deeper scratches, this one is better for very light scratches. Before I say that, don't expect an ABSOLUTE miracle. If something is really deep or the metal of the damn car is showing, it's not easy to fix. BUT, it works great for scratches and defects.
