Not as described AND defective. Real Winner.
First, this item is not included. The female micro-USB connector is loose, and no matter how I wiggle the cable, the charger won't turn on. Secondly, I bought this item because it is advertised as working with an AC adapter and there is a photo of it with a USB Type-A female connector on the back. The device I received only has a micro USB port. It cannot be used as a power bank. Third, it doesn't have the DF micro marks as in the picture. I can forgive a faulty product but the misleading description deserves one star.
