Review on Roadstar Towing Mirror Mirrors Passenger by Zachary Spaulding

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Easy install, great fit, questionable glass quality

I replaced the rearview mirrors on a 2002 Ford Tour. The only modification needed was cutting a small plastic tab on the inside of the mirror mount, which didn't have a gap in the truck for it. After installing the mirrors, turn signals, heater and remote control work as expected. Landing is excellent, with no gaps. The packaging was incredibly strong and came with a cable adapter where applicable. My only complaint is that the glass itself is not flat. If you look at mirrors, they look a little weird. Objects in the mirror are slightly deformed. My guess is that this glass is somewhat irregular or just thin. I'll put up with it as these mirrors are a fraction of the price of a Ford factory kit. But if that bothers you, you might want to consider gritting your teeth at the original Ford mirrors.

Cons
  • Minor issues
