Easy enough to use, time will tell if it's effective. If you can even accidentally apply liquid eyeliner, you can use this product. The wand has a very thin brush at the end and it's hard to tell how much product is on it, but you simply have to apply it to your lashes. Line. I also used it for my eyebrows. Feels good on the brows but I noticed a slight itching on the eyelids. I also tend to rub my eyes so it was hard not to get in my eyes :/ I have to remember to wash it off immediately when I wake up so I don't rub my eyes.
