Overall a good product. I wish the back was a little longer. My elbow lands right on the edge of the device, which is a bit uncomfortable. Assembling it was easy once I figured it out, but the instructions are useless. The easiest way I could describe is to pull the plastic loop out of the cutout in the device. You now have a plastic loop hanging about an inch from one side and the armrest and the rest of the buckle strap hanging from the other side. Place it on the armrest of the chair. Slip the strap under your arm through the plastic loop and pull back to tighten and tape to itself (Velcro). hope that helps.
