Day 10 *UPDATE* The cooling function does not work. I've tried everything including contacting support 3 times. After 30 minutes, the red light will flash and HOT air will blow. I return it and pay a little more $$ for the Fridgidare portable AC unit. Day 1. I was looking for something to move around the house without taking all the gear with me. This is exactly what I was looking for. Easy to set up. I love nature because of the air circulation in the house. The bladeless fan gives me peace of mind as it runs all day in our main living area. It's like a light spring breeze. Several other fan speeds, cooling options in combination with the direction of rotation allow use over most of the year. * I don't like - remote control. This is my only complaint. It takes a few clicks when the remote is pointed directly in front of the device, and sometimes speeds up instead of shutting down. It's not overly loud, but at ultra-high speeds I'm willing to sacrifice noise for cooling. It's comparable to a box fan at high speed but MUCH cooler air which is great. Everything else about this cooler is great. I highly recommend throwing away the remote control.
