The best thing about gloo is that it's easy to use, so you don't have to worry too much when implementing new features or changes in existing ones. It also has an excellent community of users who are always willing to help out with issues related to their product. There isn't anything I dislike at this point as everything seems great. We've been using gloo for almost two years now and we haven't had many problems during our time working with them. They're very responsive and they do what they say they will. If there were things I disliked then I would mention how easy it was to integrate with other services like AWS Lambda and Google Cloud Functions. We used to run some background jobs through AWS Lambdas but due to costs associated with running those lambdas we decided to move over to gloo.
