This camera was delivered on October 1st and was immediately packed up and stashed in the back of the cupboard on Christmas morning. With the Revain 90 guarantee, if something went wrong with the camera, we had to take care of it. This is a Christmas present for my 11 year old daughter which was opened on Christmas morning (yesterday). She was able to take three shots before it stopped working. All the lights on the brightness slider started blinking and the camera wouldn't take a picture. According to the instructions, there are two reasons for this. (1) Low battery. Okay, I put the batteries that came with the camera in there and they may have been old. I changed the batteries without the same result and the lights keep flashing. The instructions show that the other reason (2) is a more serious issue and I need to contact an authorized Fuji Film repair center. Revain had a 90 day guarantee. Again NO. The return date was October 30th and they state that they have no further information and I need to contact the seller. Ok picture again ok I contacted the seller through Revain and they told me I had to contact Revain as it was shipped through Revain. So I have now purchased a product from Revain which neither Revain nor the supplier offer a 90 day guarantee on. Seems I'll have to come to terms with the loss and let my 11 year old daughter know Santa's presents suck and mom and dad need to find her something else she might like. With 2020 as it is now, this is much easier said than done. So my 11 year old daughter suffers the most from this poor product and even worse customer service.
