Not worth the best hair care
There were no issues with shipping or tracking my order. The only problem I have is with the product itself. The device is soft and looks good at first glance, but upon inspection the device is not filled at all, the lid is very large and the hair is uneven and has many dead ends; Most of the hair doesn't reach the desired length, I would say in the top middle the length varies and you see a lot of dead ends. Hair color is more like a 2, not a 1b. And the clips on the device are terrible. If you're looking for something that will last a week you'll need to replace the clips that came with the unit to make it secure, but I wouldn't recommend buying this unit.
