These pj's are the softest set I've ever worn.fleece inside and out is the same and so soft. However, the first set I ordered was an XL since I wasn't sure about washing(shrinking).and they were way too big. Sent back and reordered a L.these are a just right fit in some places, but too large again in others. Thankfully I sew so I can alter to fit me since I wasn't going to return again. I also am only 5'2 so most regular sizes are too long in the legs and arms.not the seller's fault.
